Biometrics in Action

On 23–24 September 2025, the European Commission’s Community for European Research and Innovation for Security (CERIS), together with the European Association for Biometrics (EAB), co-organised the workshop “Biometrics in Action for Border Management & Fight Against Crime and Terrorism.”

Taking place during Darmstadt Biometrics Week and alongside the EAB Research Project Conference (RPC) 2025, it represented one of Europe’s key annual forums for discussing progress in biometric technologies and their operational use.

AutoBorder participated in the programme, presenting the project’s aims and innovations to a wide audience of experts from research, industry, and border management.
